Pen Did Not Work

Beautiful book! Was super excited for this purchase but unfortunately the pen was useless. It would not close and overall did not function. I'll have to buy a water pen elsewhere.

We are very happy to hear that you like this Magic Water Coloring Book! So sorry to hear that the water pen wasn't working! Please check your email for a reply from our team. We sent out your replacement pen already and it should be arriving soon! We would also appreciate it if you could send us a photo (or if at all possible, a video) of the issue that you are seeing with the water pen. We have not received any other reports of this issue, so it would be very helpful to see what the issue is, so that we could report it back to the manufacturer and hopefully eliminate altogether.

Please look out for another follow up email from us, as we haven't heard back yet. Again, so sorry for the issue with the water pen! We are always happy to fix any issues for you and your replacement is on the way now!
