Free Shipping Offer

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $99 (after discounts) within the contiguous US; $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $99
  • Free shipping automatically applies at checkout
  • Shipping costs to addresses located outside of 48 contiguous states will be calculated at checkout
  • Once your package leaves the warehouse, we do not have direct control over your package and we cannot be responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or carrier handling of your package. However, we will do our best to help

Shipping Timeframes

  • In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days
  • Standard shipping delivery: 2-5 business days
  • Expedited shipping options available at checkout

Important Notes

  • Most of our products ship from our warehouse in New Jersey
  • Free shipping valid only in contiguous United States
  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package weight and destination
  • Orders cannot be modified once tracking number is assigned
  • Playroom Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. However, we will try our best to help with the situation, and remember that each order is insured, free of charge.
  • Please check carefully that the shipping address you entered is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, the customer is responsible for charges to re-ship.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We are happy to provide worldwide shipping, however, please be aware that it can be expensive and we cannot always offer low shipping rates on international orders. International shipping rates ARE calculated at checkout
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping/brokerage charges, customs duties, and import taxes. Depending on the carrier, these costs may sometimes be significant. If the package is voluntarily rejected by the customer at customs (due to these extra fees) and shipped back to us, a 25% restocking fee will apply
  • No returns or exchanges on international orders
  • Customs fees and processing times vary by country
  • We cannot provide updates on packages held in customs


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

All orders include free shipping insurance for your protection. To file a claim:

  1. Report within 7 days of delivery date
  2. Retain all original packaging and boxes until claim is resolved
  3. Provide photos/videos of damage for supplier/insurance claims
  4. Contact us immediately with order number and issue details


RETURNS & EXCHANGES ex. CLOTHING (US Only)

US Orders

  • BLACK FRIDAY: Returns accepted until January 15 or 30 days after your delivery date, whichever gives you more time (Normal policy: 30-day return window from delivery date)
  • Eligible for refund minus return shipping costs
  • Items must be unused with original packaging intact, or 25% restocking fee applies to opened, unworn items (note: we do not resell used items)
  • Return shipping cost deducted from refund
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for any returned item that is no longer: in new condition, in its original packaging, or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Oversized items (noted on product page)
  • Intimate goods and sanitary items
  • Clothing with tags removed
  • Items purchased during "FINAL SALE" events (i.e. End of Year Sale)


CLOTHING RETURNS & EXCHANGES (US Only)

Clothing Return Eligibility

  • BLACK FRIDAY: Returns accepted until January 15 or 30 days after your delivery date, whichever gives you more time (Normal policy: 30-day return window from delivery date)
  • All clothing items MUST have original tags attached to be eligible for return
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear
  • All original packaging must be included

Size Exchanges

  • Restocking fees are waived for clothing size exchanges as long as original tags remain attached
  • Item must otherwise meet all return eligibility requirements
  • Customer is still responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Clothing Items

  • Clothing items without original tags attached
  • Clothing showing any signs of wear or use
  • Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel (for hygienic reasons)
  • Items purchased during "FINAL SALE" events
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

 

CLAIMS PROCESS

  1. Email us at contact@playroomcollective.com with your order number
  2. Specify whether you're requesting a return or size exchange
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  4. Ship items back in with all original tags and packaging within 14 days of receiving the return shipping label (if shipped later then this date, then a refund is not guaranteed and store credit may be issued).
  5. Refund processed upon receipt and inspection

Note: Processing time for returns is 5-7 business days.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Shipping & Returns Policy. It is the customer's responsibility to check this policy periodically for changes.
