I was looking for a rattle like the one included in the Lovevery 3-4-month play kit. I like that this one is ethically and sustainably made. However, it’s too heavy. I can’t let my 3-month-old play with it because he will smack himself in the head. I also wish it came as a set of one instead of two.

Thank you so much for your input about the wooden baby rattles! Your feedback is very helpful! We have been debating whether to add this product as an individual item, but it seemed to make more sense to make it into a set (i.e. one rattle for each hand). We completely understand your point of view though and will take it under serious consideration.

We did want to clarify that since the rattle is made of solid wood, it is a bit heavier than the rattles made of composite wood or cheaper types of wood. Higher quality wood will be a tad bit heavier than cheaper wood. We will bring this up with the manufacturer to see if there is a way to make it lighter without compromising the quality.
