A: For delivery by Christmas, we recommend placing your order by December 16th for continental US delivery. International orders should be placed by December 2nd to allow sufficient time for customs processing and international shipping.
Q: What's your holiday return policy?
A: All purchases made in November and December 2024 can be returned until January 15, 2025, or 30 days from purchase—whichever is later. This extended return window ensures you have plenty of time to make returns after the holidays. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.

A: We typically process orders within 1-2 business days, even during our busiest holiday season. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times may vary.
Important note: If your order includes a product with a delayed ship date (noted in the product title), your entire order will ship together on that later date to minimize shipping costs and packaging.

Q: Why do your dolls have a vanilla scent? Is it safe?
A: The light vanilla scent in our Minikane dolls is a carefully chosen feature designed to enhance your child's play experience. Here's what you need to know:
- Purpose: The scent is added to mask the natural odor of the high-quality vinyl used in the dolls. Vinyl is an excellent, durable material for toys.
- Safety: Rest assured, the vanilla scent we use is completely non-toxic and safe for children.
- Intensity: The scent is designed to be subtle, but we understand that sensitivity to smells can vary from person to person.
- Dissipation: The scent will naturally fade over time with normal play and air exposure.
