Our Promise

When we put our name on something, we mean it. Every Playroom Collective/Bebenita private label product is designed to be played with (really played with) and built to hold up to that. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Covered Products & Warranty Periods

Bebenita Dolls: 1 year from date of purchase
Bebenita Doll Accessories: 1 year from date of purchase
Wooden Tabletop Easel: 1 year from date of purchase
Ball Pit: 6 months from date of purchase

What's Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use, including:

Stitching or joints that come undone without excessive force
Wood surfaces that crack or split not due to impact or misuse
Unexpected warping of wooden components under normal indoor conditions
Paint or finish that chips or peels without impact or scratching
Significant fading or discoloration of fabrics or paint within the warranty period
Moving parts or mechanisms that stop functioning properly during intended use

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by misuse, excessive force, or aggressive play
Damage from accidents, falls, or dropping
Damage from exposure to moisture or outdoor environments
Damage from pets, food, or drinks
Fading due to prolonged direct sunlight exposure
Surface scratches from normal play and handling
Slight fabric pilling after extended use
Minor color variations between products or batches
Normal color changes in natural wood materials over time
Damage from cleaning with products not recommended in our care instructions
Damage resulting from customer modifications
Products used for commercial purposes, including daycares and schools

Excessive Force

Excessive force is defined as use of a product in a manner that exceeds its intended purpose or design limitations. What this means by product:

Bebenita Dolls: Swinging the doll by its limbs, bending joints beyond their natural range of motion, or throwing or repeatedly dropping the doll.

Bebenita Doll Accessories: Standing or placing body weight on furniture designed for dolls only, or forcing accessories onto incompatible products.

Wooden Tabletop Easel: Placing excessive weight on the tray or ledge, forcing the angle adjustment mechanism, or using the easel as a climbing surface.

Ball Pit: Exceeding the stated weight or occupancy limit, using the ball pit as a jumping or trampoline surface, or dragging it across rough surfaces.

Is the Warranty Transferable?

Yes. If the product was a gift, the recipient can still make a warranty claim. You'll just need to provide the original order number when you contact us. Please note that the warranty may only be transferred once and does not apply to resale.

How to Make a Claim

Email us at contact@playroomcollective.com or use the contact form on our website
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
We may follow up to request additional photos so we can fully understand the situation
Once approved, we'll send a replacement at no charge, including shipping

If the original product is no longer available, we'll issue store credit at the current retail value so you can choose something that works for your family.

Please note that the warranty period does not restart on replacement products. It continues from the original date of purchase.

We aim to respond to all warranty inquiries within 2 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the remedies described in this warranty. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Policy Modifications

Playroom Collective LLC reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the warranty policy will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the posting date. For existing purchases, the warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply. We recommend checking our website periodically for the most current version of our warranty policy.
