My daughter loves this for her doll. It’s very well made and easy to assemble.
Wasn’t expecting it to be in so many pieces. At least the spindles could have been glued so each side could hold together as a separate piece. Be aware that you are purchasing individual, unfinished pieces that require assembly not unlike a model car kit. Not at all expected considering the price.

Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for your experience. The cradle you received was defective - the spindles are supposed to arrive pre-glued as complete side panels, not as individual loose pieces. It appears the glue failed during shipping.
This is not how our cradles normally arrive, and I've reached out to you via email to send a replacement or provide a refund for the inconvenience. We absolutely want to make this right.

A solid made bassinet that is a beautiful addition to our home! Planning on keeping this as an heirloom.
For how easy 8 screws are to tighten it took far too long bc the holes were the wrong size and didn’t line up well. Also for how expensive it was I was expecting it to be from anywhere but China.. could have ordered one for half the price on Amazon. And I love your website/products, just disappointed given the price.

I'm sorry the assembly was frustrating. The alignment issue you experienced isn't typical, but I completely understand how annoying that must have been when you're excited to set it up.
Regarding the manufacturing location - we also understand the concern here. We actually tested samples from Poland, Brazil and Vietnam before selecting our current supplier, and honestly, the quality just wasn't there. What we found is that country of origin matters less than the specific manufacturer's standards and craftsmanship.
We designed this cradle ourselves and had it safety tested specifically because we wanted something built to last - real wood construction, sturdy joinery, and a finish that's actually meant to be passed down, not just used for a year or two.
I know this isn't cheap, and I genuinely hope you and your family enjoy it for years to come. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!

This is a very well made doll bed. I was looking for a cradle for my granddaughter which was sturdy and would last for years to come. This definitely fits the bill! Easy to put together with a wood bottom versus a cheap cardboard one. It is big enough for use with bigger dolls. I wish that it were stained as it seems a bit unfinished with just the bare wood. A bit overpriced also but I got it on sale so that helped. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a toy that will last for a while!

I bought this wooden cradle for my 4-year-old granddaughter's birthday, and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful.
